1. Introduction

Welcome to ZenGuard Escapes (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by ZenGuard Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our website at zenguardescapes.comand our booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to the ZenGuard Escapes website, booking platform, and all related services.
  • “Property” refers to any homestay, cottage, villa, or accommodation listed on our platform.
  • “Guest” or “User” refers to any person who accesses our website or makes a booking.
  • “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation for a property through our platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By making a booking, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (full or partial, as selected) via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • Guests must provide accurate personal information, including name, email, and phone number, at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking made with fraudulent or inaccurate information.
  • Half-payment bookings require the remaining balance to be paid before or at check-in.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We offer full payment and half-payment (50% advance) options at the time of booking.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Pricing may vary based on season, demand, length of stay, and applicable discounts or coupon codes.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra guests, add-on experiences, or special services.

6. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
  • Any damage to the property or its contents caused by the guest will be charged to the guest.
  • Illegal activities, excessive noise, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
  • Pets are allowed only at pet-friendly properties and must be disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept those terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the intellectual property of ZenGuard Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • ZenGuard Escapes acts as a booking platform and property manager. While we ensure quality standards, we are not liable for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, utility failures, or government-imposed restrictions.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific booking in question.
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the property.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
