1. Nature of Service
ZenGuard Escapes provides hospitality services — specifically, accommodation bookings and curated experiences in Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh. We do not ship or deliver any physical products. All our services are delivered digitally and in-person at our property locations.
2. Digital Deliverables
Upon successful booking and payment, the following are delivered electronically:
- Booking Confirmation Email: Sent immediately to the email address provided during booking, containing your booking reference, property details, check-in/check-out dates, and payment summary.
- Invoice / Receipt: A downloadable PDF invoice is available on your booking confirmation page.
- Calendar Event: An .ics calendar file is available for download to add your stay to your calendar.
- Check-in Instructions: Detailed directions, property-specific rules, and contact information are sent via email before your check-in date.
- Payment Link (if applicable): For half-payment bookings or admin-created bookings, a secure payment link is emailed to complete the remaining balance.
3. Service Delivery
- Accommodation services are delivered in-person at the booked property in Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh.
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Add-on experiences (treks, bonfires, local tours) are delivered on the scheduled date at the specified location.
- The property will be clean, prepared, and ready for your arrival at the designated check-in time.

5. Reaching the Property
All properties are located in and around Jibhi, Tirthan Valley, Himachal Pradesh. Detailed directions including GPS coordinates, nearest landmarks, and local transport options are included in the check-in instructions email. We can also assist with local taxi arrangements upon request.

If you do not receive your booking confirmation or any expected email communication:
