In each 2 BHK Unit, we have a living space at the ground floor, then 1 bed room on the first floor (with king size bed, attached balcony and an attached bathroom). Then another bed room on the second floor (attic), with a king size bed, attached balcony and an attached bathroom. This is how the construction is made. Guest access It's a private villa. Guests have full access to the 2 BHK Unit they book for themselves for their stay. Guests can access all the facilities and amenities available at the property, during their stay. - Private Entrance: Yes, the villa has a private entrance for guests. - Shared Spaces: The villa has a shared garden area where guests can relax and enjoy the views. - Kitchenette Access: Yes, the guests have access to the Kitchenette, where they can use the Microwave to heat food or the electric kettle to heat water during their stay. We DO NOT allow self-cooking at this villa due to security reasons. We have a full-time Caretakes, who takes care of your meals during your stay at this property. You can discuss your preferred meals with the Caretaker and their charges for the same to place an order. He'll cook the food as per your the menu, at an additional cost. - Parking: Private parking is available on site within the premises. - High-Speed Internet access available within the property. - Bonfire arrangements (indoor) available at an additional cost of INR 1000 Per day (for about 2 Hours). - A valid id proof required of all the guests upon check-in. - Guests are responsible for damages, if any, in the property during their stay and they need to pay for the damages occurred by them. During your stay I'm a very social person, I love meeting and interacting with new people from all across the globe. Also, we have a full-time dedicated Caretaker at this property to assist our guests in check-in process, housekeeping and cooking food for the guests during their stay here at this home. Other things to note We have non-Smoking Rooms. So, smoking inside the rooms, is not allowed. It can be done in open areas like garden, balcony etc. We allow out side food delivery. Veg/ Non-Veg both are allowed at the property. So, our guests can comfortably order their favorite food from outside as per their choice and can have them at the property without any restrictions. Kitchenette Access: The guests have access to the Kitchenette, where they can use the Microwave to heat food or the electric kettle to heat water during their stay, or the Fridge to store their food or beverages. However, we DO NOT allow self-cooking at this villa, due to security reasons. We have a full-time Caretakes, who takes care of your meals during your stay at this property, at an additional cost.
